Nine Step Pre-treatment for Powder Coating
To obtain the best Powder Coating results we utilise a nine stage pre-treatment system before Powder Coating begins. Next, an Electrostatic spray of positively charged powder particles is applied to negatively charged parts, which then pass through a curing oven until the powder is fused into a smooth coating.
