Negative Parts + Positive Paint = Cathodic E-Coating
E-Coating is based on the principle that opposites attract. When an negative electrical charge is applied to the metal part, and a positive electrical charge to the paint, the paint is then attracted to the metal part. E-Coating is classified by the polarity of the charge applied to the part, as either anodic (+part) or cathodic (- part). Onbelay uses Cathodic E-Coating for its superior performance with excellent corrosion resistance.

- Oven bake to cure the E-Coating
